Apologies from AALL and Oceana for a key error in our posting of June
13, 1995 -- we referred to the 1994 summer institute manuscript when we
meant to refer to the 1993 summer institute manuscript. Moreover, in
the interim I have been told by Oceana that the 1993 manuscript will
*not* be finished in time for the book to be available at the AALL
Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh next month. It was agreed that the
necessity of producing a high-quality book outweighed any benefits that
might be gained from rushing at the last minute to meet a deadline. I
will re-post to this list (and int-law) when more precise information
is available about the book's publication.
Just to be certain we're all clear on what I'm talking about:
the book from the 1993 summer institute, co-directed by Jeanne S.
Korman and Lyonette Louis-Jacques, is still in process and will not be
published until *after* the Pittsburgh meeting
the book from the 1994 summer institute, co-directed by Marylin Raisch
and Roberta Shaffer, is at press and will be available in Pittsburgh.
