Who are these people and what is the court action they were involved in
regarding CFR on CD-ROM?
In one of their spams they indicated they had paid $800+ for 3-4 titles
of CFR. That seemed a bit off the wall to me since that is about what we
pay for an annual subscription to all titles. I did inquire and was told
they purchased the volumes from Government Institutes. Enough said,
except to say I am tired of their ads.
