The case is _Santiago v. Sota(sp?)_ and is supposed to be
about an exception to the 'no pet' rule being made for a seeing
eye dog. The case is apparently from Chicago.
Have not been able to find on Westlaw.
I've also checked Bieber's abbreviations -- FHO is not listed.
Any clues?
