Law-Lib is an open list. To subscribe you just send a message to a
computer. There is no moderator - that's why messages are posted
immediately, no one reads them, it's all done by the server at ucdavis.edu
I would guess that e-mailing complaints to an advertiser, and posting
relevant information to the list e.g. "this information is available for
free" are pretty effective. Of course the delete key works best of all.
