Signed at The Hague on 1 February 1971." It is available at various
citations: 1144 United Nations _Treaty Series_ 258; Benedict on
Admiralty, Volume 6A (no page # given); _Hague Conference on Private
International Law: Collection of Conventions (1951-1988), pub. by
Butterworth. There was also a cite given for
"Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments": 5
