This is one of those, "Where do we draw the line?" type questions. In my
opinion, this particular ad falls on the "let it stay" side. The workshop
is quite inexpensive, and if it's anything like the gopher workshop
offered by the same individual awhile back, then it's completely worth
it. Also, as this workshop is only offered via email, how else would it
be advertised?
Another thing, I believe that this workshop also covers navigating the
web, not just HTML and web page design. If it's like the gopher
workshop, it's for beginners, not just people who are now ready to design
their own page. It's also nice to have everything presented in a lesson
by lesson format, that one can complete at leisure. (I know I certainly
didn't have time to do the gopher tutorials as they came in! ;-) )
