Ads on law-lib

Is it appropriate to place ads for for-fee services in Law-Lib? If
so, how many times should such an ad be posted? This is the second
time this one has been sent to Law-Lib, and this is not the only list
the poster has done this to.

And another thing-- what he is trying to sell is already available
for free. See: Creating Net Sites at
http://home.mcom.com/assist/net_sites/index.html or The Web
Developer's Virtual Library at http://www.stars.com/ for two
excellent introductions to HTML and Web page design.
