Well, my lurking days are over! I need some help, and hope it's
out there on law-lib. I am trying to find some information about
baseball stadium leases. I am looking for particulars of leases of
various professional baseball teams, incl. the Balt. Orioles, Cleveland
Indians, Texas Rangers, or Denver Rockies. I have searched Lexis &
Westlaw, and found lots of articles, but not enough details. One article
cited to a 1988 study by the now-defunct firm of Laventhol & Horwath,
which was done for the city of Cleveland. I phoned the article's author,
and he is snail-mailing me the study, but of course that's not soon
enough. This study compared eight cities stadium leases.
If by some miracle, you have this study sitting on your desk, or any
other pertinent informatioon, I would be most grateful!! And glad to pay
faxing or FEDEXing costs.
