I am trying to locate the records and briefs for
Twitchell v. Commonwealth, 74 U.S. 321 (1868),
For that time period we have a microfilm collection from Scholarly
Resources, Inc, arranged by year. The printed index does not list Twitchell
and we are slowly going through the 8 reels of film comprising the records
from the 1868 term.
Has anyone else who owns this set annotated their printed index to indicate
on which reel the Twitchell case records appear?
Or, does anyone have an alternative source that includes the relevant
briefs?
