The whole law and literature movement can be mined to finds examples.
Have your inquirer look at the works of James Boyd White, Milner Ball,
Brook Thomas, Richard Weisberg, Robin West to name only a few. Another
approach is to look at works of appellate advocacy, which teach law
students how to frame the facts in the best possible light when preparing
written briefs or oral arguments. See the essays (mine included,
"Telling Stories in School") in IX FOCUS ON LAW STUDIES (Fall, 1993, #1).
