We've been using TWINSOCK for some of our windows machines. It works
pretty well also. It's freeware too. If you have a fast connection (9600
+) to your shell account it is really worthwhile.

TIA works great, although it does take some effort to getting it up and
running. Most importantly your internet vendor must have it mounted on
their server for you to use it.
