Thanks to all who responded to my query about salary surveys, and
reminded me of the 1993 aall survey. I note that there were many
categories with "insufficient data" in that survey, and I hope everyone
will be looking for the new survey soon to be taken by aall, with the
need to provide data clearly in mind. (See Roger Parent's message)
