I fully appreciate all of the work, time, effort and dedication you put
into trying to get adoption of the sweeping changes that were recommended
and I can understand your disappointment at the results after all of that
work. However, I think you were more candid in one of your first
responses when you stated that at least the Court was headed in the right
direction.
