The decision was supposed to be published in the New York Law Journal.
It is not yet an "official" opinion. I am having chambers send a copy to
my office and sometime soon should be able to send it out to those who
request it. (there is no one in chambers today and tommorrow)
The court, in case you are not aware of the NYS structure is Supreme
Court, however this is our county level trial court, I would not be
suprised to see it appealed to our Appellate division.
