Thanks to several who assured me that the _Egan_ decision was loaded on
Montreal's Web Site (I was chagrined, my search had a typo - but I get to
blame it on either Lexis or the Canada NewsWire), I've got it. And also
thanks to Jim Spence at Weir & Foulds in Toronto (a particularly lovely
city when viewed at dusk accross Lake Ontario from the Niagra escarpment,
by the way) for faxing me Ontario Bill 167. I now have a faculty member
who believes.
