I am looking for some good basic texts covering trade secrets law (or
intellectual property texts with sections on trade secrets) in:
(a) United States
(b) United Kingdom
(c) Europe
(could be in English or French). Needed ASAP, of course! I would
appreciate any suggestions.
Also, does anyone know of any sites on Internet where I might find
relevant legislation, etc.? I've done some searching using Lycos,
Veronica, etc. -- the only thing really useful I've come up with is
Chicago lawyer Mark Halligan's home page which provides digests of recent
U.S. cases in this area. Any help would be very much appreciated.
