I am looking for the address/phone number of an
organization called the "Council on Private Property."
This is a philosophically conservative legal action,
lobbying group. Its' Executive Director is David Lucas,
a Charleston, S.C. real estate developer, who successfully
sued the State of South Carolina over the right to build
on his beachfront property.
I have tried all the usual sources, including calling
Information in Charleston, S.C., but have had no luck.
