I am gathering info/articles on communication with clients via e-mail
(either through the Internet or other commercial e-mail services).
I'd appreciate hearing from any of my colleagues whose firms are already{
set up - are you using it for document delivery, which system are you
using etc? Also, if you have seen any good articles lately comparing the
different email systems, cost etc. I'd love to know about them.
