Since it seems pretty clear that there are no library keeps these pages,
let me pose another question.
Is there any library that has cancelled their subsciption to _Moore's
Federal Practice_ (2d. ed., 1948-) within the last 10 years but has kept
the volumes (perhaps hid them in the superseded section?)?
I talked with another local law library that had several copies, but had
cancelled one subscription in 1989. Unfortunately, the volume I am
interested in, v. 1B, is missing! (So close, and yet so far...)
If anyone has this volume and is willing to lend it, I would personally
guarantee that it got back to you intact. Please contact me at
