I just spoke w/our BNA representative and he informed me that he received
a memo yesterday saying that all academic (and I think public) law libraries
would receive a 50% discount on the cost of the state environment reporter
cd, but would not receive a free cdrom reader. You might want to check with
your own rep about this new development.
I have also discovered there is a company in Exon, PA called ERM Computer
Services, Inc. (610-594-4400) Evidently they also produce a cdrom w/state
environmental regs. I have not yet seen their literature but from my brief
phone conversation w/them I learned they have the regs of 31 states now with
plans for all states by the end of the year. However, it sounds pretty pricey,
along the lines of bna's original pricing.
