Part Three of the NLRB Casehandling Manual (the official version)
has been revised. The corresponding part of CCH's looseleaf publication
has not been revised. I have left a message for an editor at CCH since
the first person I talked to there couldn't tell me when the book will
reflect the change -- and in fact at first did not understand why I
expected it to change. The NLRB's Guide for Hearing Officers in NLRB
Representation and Section 10(k) Proceedings has also been revised, but
as far as I can tell it's not part of the CCH publication.
