Would anybody know where we might be able to obtain an original 5th
edition copy of The Manual of Patent Examiners Procedure? The 5th
edition has now been revised 16 times. We are looking for a copy of
the manual published in August, 1983 prior to any revisions.
I have already tried the New York Bar Association and The New York Public
Library. I welcome any suggestions! The address here is
