The Widener University School of Law Library invites applicants for the
position of Reference/Circulation Librarian at its Delaware campus. During the
twenty years since its inception, the law library has developed into a fully
automated Legal Information Center with a collection in excess of 480,000
volumes between our Wilmington and Harrisburg campus libraries. In addition to
the sizeable book collection, both campuses have access to numerous nonbook
resources including legal and nonlegal databases. The development of the
collection and the implementation of advanced technologies represent a
commitment to maintain an excellent research facility for students, faculty,
and the surrounding legal communities.
The Delaware campus serves a student population of 1200, both day and evening
divisions, and a sixty-five member faculty. The campus, located on beautiful
suburban grounds in Wilmington, is in the heart of the nation's corporate
capital.
The Legal Information Center is unique to legal education with its complete
