I just wanted to second Pauline's recommendation of Clifford
Lynch as a speaker. I haven't met him, but I heard him speak at
an ASIS meeting a few years ago, and he was excellent--both
informative and thought-provoking.
The reason I mention this is that Lynch is speaking at a AALL
program this year (sorry, I don't remember which one--he should
be listed in the speaker index).
