Re: LEXIS for 1st-semester students?

Sally:

Just a quick note on your question. I prefer
having my first year students wait until second
semester to have WESTLAW and LEXIS training. These
students are already so busy with everything else
associated with the first year of law school that
adding to this burden, in my opinion, would be a
mistake. In addition, the incentive to learn
manual research is considerably lessened by exposing
the students too quickly to CALR.

     Just one man's opinion!
