AMEN FRANK!!! From another who has had multiples of law clerks
AND new associates who haven't the foggiest idea of how to find the answer to
their question and have already run up the bill seraching online before
plaintively asking me - Where do I find this??? .
Of course, this means I have a job for life because they can never find
what they need in time to file that brief that's been sitting on their desk
for 3 months and just has to be filed by 5pm TODAY!
