As of this morning (June 1), the Statenet version of 1994 N.J.Assembly No.
635 that purports to be the Apr.4,1994 enacted version (P.L.1994,ch.11) does
not in fact reflect the March 28,1994 Assembly amendments adopted in
accordance with the Governor's recommendations. Statenet, LEXIS, and WESTLAW
have been notified of the error. The correct version of this law may be
found in the NJ-LEGIS database on WESTLAW.
