AALL, Boston: Registration
For those of you arriving in Boston on Friday July 9 (or earlier),
please note that this year the Registration Desk will be open
beginning Friday, July 9 from 5:30p.m. - 7:30p.m. The Registration
Desk will be open Saturday, July 10 - Wednesday, July 14 at 7:00a.m.
each of these days.
So, if you arrive early, come by the Registration Desk on Friday
(5:30 - 7:30p.m.) and pick up your registration materials. You also
may want to take this time to exchange your voucher for the Opening
Reception for one of the 3 shows (Omni Theater, Planetarium, Theater
of Electricity) to be held during the Opening Reception. The voucher
exchange takes place at the Information / Hospitality Booth.
Registration, Information / Hospitality Booth, Exhibits, and most of
the educational programs will be held at the Hynes Convention Center.
The "Hynes" is within esy walking distance of all of the convention
hotels.
