The H-Law list sounds like the perfect way to convert one of our constitutional
law professors to the wonders of the Internet. However, before I tell him
about it -- and particularly in light of the many subscribe & unsubscribe
messages that have appeared on LAWLIB lately -- I want to be sure exactly how
one should subscribe to one of these H-Net Lists. The announcement does give
the address for sending news but nothing is specifically said about subscribing.
Is this a listserv? Is there a separate address for subscriptions? I would
appreciate whatever information anyone can offer.

Thanks!
