AALL - BOSTON MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - CRIV PUBLISHERS OPEN FORUM
***** ROOM ASSIGNMENT UPDATE *****
At this year's AALL conference in Boston, the Committee on
Relations with Information Vendors (CRIV) will once again present
an Open Forum with representatives from the legal publishing
industry. This year's speakers will be Russell C. White,
President and CEO of Warren Gorham Lamont, and George F. Wallace,
President and CEO of Clark Boardman Callaghan. The 1993 Forum
will be held immediately following the 1992/93 CRIV Business
Meeting, scheduled for 3:00 PM on Sunday July 11th. THE BUSINESS
MEETING/OPEN FORUM WILL BE HELD IN ROOM #306 OF THE HYNES
CONVENTION CENTER
The Open Forum format provides librarians with the opportunity to
ask questions, as well as offer constructive criticism and
praise, of industry executives. This is the chance that many of
us dream about all year, so come prepared to participate. Please
note that the Open Forum is not listed in the conference program,
other than the reference to the CRIV Business Meeting, so be sure
you mark down the date, time, and room number now.
