We subscribe to the Lawyers Coop and BNA ones. Initially we went with only
the
BNA one because it looked more comprehensive. But it didn't have a
case reporter. Then we made the decision to buy the LC case reporter and
shortly after that BNA started issuing a case reporter as part of the
Labor Relations Reporter. So I looked closely at both volumes and called
the editors of both to see what would be included. The BNA reporter that
is part of the Labor Relations Reporter will only include employment
related cases. The LC one will be broader. So we decided to keep the
LC one. Chances are good that if we have to cancel either because of
funding, we will cancel the BNA one because the LC one appears to
be broader in its case coverage.
