ALR Fed Table of Cases

Lawyers Coop has just issued a two volume paperback of an ALR Fed Table
of Cases with Table of Stats. The Table of Cases does not appear in any
of the other ALR finding aids that I know; the table of statutes does
appear in the ALR Index, however. The ALR Index tables give cites to
annotations in ALR, US L. ed 2d, as well as in ALR Fed, making this table
more comprehensive than that in the new publication.

As the principal portion of the new ALR Fed tables volumes is the table
of cases, there is not a case of duplication in this particular
publication (unlike some other ALR publications such as the ALR Fed Quick
INdex volume).

My concern is that Lawyers Coop may be in the process of issuing a Table
of Cases for ALR, etc. If this (possible) Table of Cases includes ALR
Fed cites, then we will have a case of duplicative publishing, but this
time the duplicative publication would be issued before the principal one.

My advice is to stay tuned.
