There is a Privacy Rights Clearinghouse on the Internet. It's a gopher
and includes California and US Federal legislation relating to the issue
of privacy and informational factsheets that are constantly being
updated. You gopher to gopher.acusd.edu, choose 4. USD Campus-Wide
Information System/ , 8. Privacy rights clearinghouse.
You can also telnet to them, telnet to teetot.acusd.edu, login: privacy.
I got this information from the gopherjewels listserv. I haven't tried
the gopher myself and don't know if it will have what you're looking for,
but it's worth a look-see!
