Many thanks to all who posted to me with suggestions on materials
regarding regulations and checklists in purchasing an airplane.
It turns out there is a 2 volume work published by Longman in London
which has multinational treatments of the topic.
Barbara Rainwater at Georgetown University alerted me to
Hames, Richard. Aircraft Finance: Registration, Security and Enforcement.
The materials I saw were dated, but most helpful; my attorney will be
able to meet his client and discuss the matter with some authority. He
is pleased, and I looked good!
