Help! I've been given an assignment to locate some sort of
international treaty or regulation which governs the transport of hazardous
waste. It was apparently issued by the OECD (European Community Economic
Something) and some but not all nations subscribe to it. I also need any
legislative history, cases under it, etc. I've never done EC research
before, so please excuse my ignorance. Thanks for any and all help.
