Canadian sources on Westlaw or Quicklaw

Hello, Law Libbers,

I would like some advice, primarily from academic law librarians, but
anyone can answer who'se had some relevant experience.

We are a small academic library with a decreasing budget. We are the only
library in the country with a complete, up-to-date run of the West regional
reports, which are getting horrendously expensive. We have a reasonably
good collection (for this part of the world) of Canadian materials. We
have LEXIS, and would like to get either Westlaw or Quicklaw in order to
cut our costs for the regional reports and to get better access to CDN law
sources.

Would you recommend using Westlaw for Canadian Law over Lexis and Quicklaw?
Or would Quicklaw with it access to Westlaw be better than Westlaw and its
Canadian law? Since we can't afford to subscribe to both WLaw an QLaw we
need to choose one.

If you can give me some idea of which means has worked best for you and
your users I would be most appreciative.
  Thank you.
