**please excuse cross-posting to PACS-L, TEKNOIDS, PRIVATELAW-LIB etc.**

Is anyone aware of uses of computer technology to aid alternative dispute
resolution? I have done a Nexis search and turned up nothing very useful
("useful" would be a description of computer technology actually being
used in conjunction with ADR).

Also, does anybody have any information about these two items: 1) an ADR
bulletin board (I have a reference to one in San Bernadino, CA but can't
dial into the number I have); and 2) software called "Award" ?
