Thanks to Tim Holthoff of the Arkansas Supreme Court Library who
discovered that the 3 Sm.L 186 cite that I sought had a parallel cite
in Dallas' Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania... and faxed it to
me. I appreciate all of your assistance in this search--the professor's
student research assistant was quite amazed that I had the text in hand
already. So was I. Considering this is convention week, I'm surprised to
find anyone with the time to respond to Law-Lib requests--personally,
I've been swamped! So I appreciate the efforts even more!
