I am afraid I don't have a version with the changes marked.
You should be receiveing a final version on disk in the next couple of days.
The changes are:
A preface is added saying that the report and its recommendations were
approved by the Board of Bar Governors.
The Appendix had the Wren and Sugarman's meomoranda removed at the Wrens'
request.
The textual references were changed to correspond to the renumbering
(lettering actually) of the appendices.
The sole textual reference to the Wrens memo was eliminated (it was under
"other Commentators":
A couple of typos were fixed, and ...sigh.. a couple were added.
I will upload the new text to LAWSIG today.
If you have Wrodperfect, the compare feature may show all the changes, though
I have never had much luck with it.
Is their a format other than WP that makes it easier to convert to HTML?
