Computer Services. Information Systems Manager. Howard University School of Law
seeks an Information Systems Manager-LSC to provide technical consultation on
strategic computing and telecommunication service matters. Conduct ongoing
analysis of computing, telecommunications, and associated user service issues as
they relate to the resolution of technical issues and problems. Plan, develop
and manage seminars, workshops, and associated training activities. Perform or
supervise the proper installation and testing of systems and network hardware
and applications software. The ISM-LSC reports to the Dean of the School of
Law. The successful candidate at a minimum must possess a Bachelor's degree in
Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five
(5) years of technical experience in computing, telecommunications to include
installing LANs and the Internet; knowledge of electrical and telecommunication
concepts, Appleshare and Novell netware network operating systems and
familiarization with UNIX operating system. Competitive salary and benefits
