Hello All,
Chenille Sisters on cd was a gift to AALL conference goers from
West while in Boston last year. If you haven't listened to them -
DO. They're fun. Songs include "Big Hair". Remember big hair. Yea
I had the Farah Fawcett look (well you know the hair). And a song
for chocolate lovers (if I can't be in love, I'll have a truffle
instead). The songs at the end are about legal research. You can
just hit stop unless you like that beat of "I may look
supersonic..." OH no - Truths out, I listened to the end more than
once. The end is really corny (sorry West:)). ALL in all the cd was
an excellent gift - fun songs in a small package.
Should you decide - hey I like the Chenille Sisters and have little
ones. Check out your local public library. They make music that
kids and parents like. You may find "Singing in the
Tub" at your library. I came across 1,2,3 in our library but we're
a little past the 1,2,3's at our house.
Other than saying listen to the cd, I do have another
request. I know a young all girls singing group (includes the one
that's beyond the 1,2,3's at my house) preparing for next years
talent show at their school.
We have the words but sure would help if they each had their own
cd. So if you've listened to the Chenille Sisters and found they
were not for you these girls would gladly make rhythm with your
cd donation.
