Thanks for the many responses.
Although the information is slightly dated, we found the source (whether
court rule or statute) of jurisdictions for most intermediate appellate
courts in Leflar, INTERNAL OPERATING PROCEDURES OF APPELLATE COURTS (A.B.A.,
1976)
