Unfortunately we are still looking for a definitive
answer on this. Several people have suggested
Restatement of Torts 2d but this cannot be what
Lord Denning was referring to as it was published
after that case was heard.
They are insisting it must be something with
a 1965 imprint.
Thank you to everyone who has tried to help us
with this. We will be really grateful if anyone
can reassure us that there is not a 1965 Supplement
to the first Restatment other than Restatement in the
Courts.
