SUBJECT: colorado legislation
I am looking for a recent Colorado act which provides the actual statutory
form for a durable power of attorney, and also for health care, if one
was adopted. It is not in the most recent Colorado statutes pocket part
and the publisher tells me the session laws will not be out for a few
weeks. I know it is probably on Westlaw or Lexis but it is rather
lengthy. I would be grateful if there is someone out there who can fax or
mail it to me. I'm sorry but I do not know the bill or statute number.
