Hello Law-Libbers!
I was wondering if anybody has, or knows of, a 1994 article by J.
Benjamin, titled "Custody - An English Law Analysis". I was told that this
was in Vol. 4 of the Journal of International Business and Finance Law, but
I believe this to be an incorrect cite as I haven't found any mention of this
journal in Ulrich's, Wilson's, Current Index to Legal Periodicals, or EPIC.
I haven't had any luck so far searching author/title. Any
leads/suggestions would be appreciated.
