I haven't quite gotten the hang of gophering yet --- and our ACS
department very recently began supporting Mosaic, so using it is
questionable ------ here's what I need:
I have been asked for a copy of the Colorado Rules (or Code) of
Civil Procedure -- the *new* ones that are effective 1-1-95.
Are these anywhere on the 'net? An exact ftp address or gopher
site would be very helpful.

P.S. I did try accessing the Univ. of Colorado's gopher -- my
machine hung (locked up).
