I have a request to find the real name of the "Three-strikes-you're-out"
law of California, the proposed referendum and proposed bill on the same
subject in California, and the name of the bill in another Western state.
If anyone can help with this, and indicate where a copy of the
bill/law/referendum can be gotten on the net, I'd be very grateful.
