Does anyone know of an IRS BBS or other Internet source for IRS
announcements? I am looking for IRS Announcement 94-3 regarding the tax
treatment of certain employment perks, such as free parking and the like.
I found two IRS BBS, but they deal with statistics and electronic filing.
