I have a reference to Hawaii Administrative Rules, Title 16, Chap. 167
"Insurer exemption requirements from the Hawaii Hurrican Relief Fund".
Does anyone know if this is currently in effect? I have a draft version
#2 and can't tell if the rule was finalized or what. (Title 16 is the
Dept. of Commerce and Consumer AFfairs). NILS doesn't have it. Thanks
for any responses.
