CROSS POSTED TO LAW-LIB AND SEATTLE94-L
Please remember that in order to read your electronic mail from the
Internet Room at AALL in Seattle, you must have the complete Internet
address of your institution's host machine.
Dial-up access will not be available in the Internet Room. Most
commercial providers with whom you might have a dial-up account (Class,
Delphi, America Online, Capcon) also have a telnet address. We are
collecting these addresses; you may doublecheck with me at
acnez@u.washington.edu if you want more information.
Our Internet connection provider has informed us that AALL members who
have BITNET-only accounts will not be able to access their electronic mail
accounts from the Internet Room. If your account is both BITNET and
Internet, then you should be able to access your account and read/send
mail in the standard Internet way. Check with your institution's
computer support personnel if you are in doubt.
Questions about your machine's address or other issues surrounding access
to your email? Send them to:
